Veterinarian Blog
Online Veterinarian is professional veterinary advice for pet owners from all over the world.
The project combines the expertise of a doctor with a modern digital format: complex medical topics are explained simply, clearly, and with care for the animal and its owner.
Main problems:
At the time of start of work, the account already existed, but was not prepared for the system
attracting customers and selling online consultations:
- Lack of clear positioning and Tone of Voice
- Irregular posting
- Video content did not generate stable applications
- Insufficient level of trust in paid consultations
- An unbuilt funnel: from content to recording
- Lack of a structured content plan
- The audience did not fully understand the format and benefits of online veterinary medicine
What we did:
- We have formed a clear positioning: who is the doctor, for whom are the services provided, and what value does the pet owner receive?
- Defined Tone of Voice: caring, professional, non-intimidating
- We adapted the content to the real fears, requests, and doubts of pet owners
Content and structure:
- created a content plan with a balance of expert, image and sales content
- introduced regular posting as a trust factor
- showed the client's journey: before → during → after the online consultation
- Each material contains an emotional message: support, peace, service
Visual:
The visual part has become a key tool for building trust:
- professional photos and videos of a doctor without "sterility" and alienation
- live footage from consultations, working with animals, real emotions
- warm, calm color scheme without aggressive medical triggers
- combining expert covers with emotional animal shots
- visual logic of the tape: easy to read, easy to recognize, pleasant to stay with
- Visuals work not as decoration, but as a tool for reassurance and trust — especially important for the online format.
