Gold Fish is a Ukrainian brand of premium caviar that combines natural product, high quality, and a modern approach to communication with the audience.
The project covers comprehensive social media management from 2022 with a focus on creating a premium brand image, recognition, and stable sales growth.

Targeted advertising was set up as a tool for active engagement and building a direct dialogue with the audience. The campaigns simultaneously worked on brand awareness and generating real interest in the product through messaging, transitions, and interaction with content.
Thanks to clear segmentation, strong creatives and premium brand positioning, we managed to achieve a high level of engagement at a competitive cost per click (CPC – $1.02) and consistently engage potential customers in dialogue. The advertisement was not just shown – it provoked action, was stored, distributed and discussed, strengthening the brand's presence in the information field.

A comprehensive approach to social media management allowed Gold Fish to form a strong premium brand image and systematically work with the audience.

The most annoying thing was that you put your soul into the product, you make quality, and there was silence on social media. There are photos, there are followers, but there are no applications. We didn't understand where we were losing people. It turned out that the content was not working for the right audience - we were showing caviar as a product, but we needed to show it as an experience, as a mood, as part of the holiday. When we shifted the focus from "here's our caviar" to "here's how to live with it," everything changed. People started writing, asking, and saving recipes. Advertising went easier because it was more appealing not with the price, but with the image. Now the page works as a full-fledged sales channel - we know how many applications will come this week, and we don't have to wonder where to get customers from. Thank you!
