Lubich Concept Hotel & Restaurant LU
Lubich is a premium hotel and restaurant in Lviv, where historicity is combined with modern comfort.
We started work even before the official opening to convey the atmosphere of the space, the aesthetics of the author's cuisine through content, and create demand even before the launch.
Main problems:
At the start, the project had no foundation for growth on social networks.
In fact, everything had to be built:
from a brand idea to systemic SMM.
- Missing visual style
- There were no photos or video content.
- Undefined brand positioning
- Missing content plan
- The account did not work to attract customers and sell
Proposed solutions
- Strategy of intrigue before discovery Stimulating interest in the brand even before launch, without disappearing from the information field.
- Professional shooting at the start The first content was created before the official opening – with an emphasis on atmosphere and details.
- Clear brand positioning We have formed: who we are, who we are for, and what value we provide to the guest.
- Defining the target audience The content is adapted to the needs, desires, and lifestyle of guests.
- Unified visual style The mood, presentation, composition – a recognizable premium image.
- Tone of voice Calm, refined communication without pushy sales.
- Content plan with different formats Image, expert and sales content.
- Focus on the guest experience Not the services – but the feelings before, during and after the visit.
Key highlights of the case:
- Professional shooting + unified visual style
- A hotel image created for a special weekend
- Visual transmission of the taste and aesthetics of dishes
- Content associated with atmosphere, service, and desire to return
- Taste. Atmosphere. Trust.
Results obtained in 6 months of cooperation:
The visual component has become a key tool for brand communication.
We built Lubich’s signature image through light, detail, texture, and composition, so that each photo and video conveys an atmosphere of calm, sophistication, and privacy. The visuals don’t just show the space, they create a sense of experience: a desire to stop, turn, and relive the moment.
