  • The content was built around the real life of the company to show production from the inside and build trust in the employer brand.
  • Real factory workers were actively involved in the filming which made the content more authentic and alive.
  • This approach allowed us to present the company as an open and friendly place to work. and TikTok has become a tool for increasing brand awareness and attracting new candidates.

For a long time, we couldn't fill vacancies for production - people didn't want to go to the factory, they imagined something gray and depressing. You suggested simply showing real workers on TikTok: how they joke, work, drink coffee. And it took off. After that, people started writing "I want to work with you" themselves. Vacancies are closing, and we finally look lively and modern.
