Femilux

Femilux is a medical project that provides consultation and check-up services. The main channel of communication with clients is social networks.

Main problems:

  • Lack of applications from social networks
  • The account did not generate trust and traffic
  • No clear advertising proposals were formed
  • Lack of a communication strategy and customer engagement plan
  • Social media didn't work as a sales channel

Approach and solution:

We started by forming the foundation: we developed two key offers — checkups and consultations, which became the foundation of the advertising strategy.
The main emphasis was placed on advertising with the goal of "message" in order to shorten the client's path to registration as much as possible.

What was implemented:

We didn't just launch advertising, we built a stable system of attracting customers

  • launch of system advertising on Instagram
  • constant testing of audiences and creatives
  • using Lookalike audiences
  • implementing retargeting
  • optimization of application cost
